Tech/Product Strategist (CTO/CPO Hybrid) – AI Marketing Platform

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech/Product Leader — someone at the intersection of CTO, CPO, and Head of Technology — to help shape and build the roadmap for a new AI-powered marketing platform. This is a strategic hybrid role that combines strong technical acumen with product vision.

The candidate will start by working internally with our team during the initial build phase (first 3–4 months), and is then expected to roll off and join the client directly to continue driving the product forward.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Define and own the initial product roadmap and feature set, aligned with the client’s vision.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture and product requirements, including security and UX.
• Collaborate with and challenge the engineering team, ensuring scalability, performance, and product quality.
• Research market trends in AI and martech, and shape the product to meet evolving user needs.
• Help define AI/ML components, including generative content, performance feedback loops, optimization, etc.
• Build prototypes or MVPs, test hypotheses quickly, and iterate based on user or internal feedback.
• Act as a strategic technology advisor to both us and the client during the early stages.
• After the initial engagement, transition into the client’s team in a leadership capacity.

Requirement:

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Product Manager, or Tech-savvy CPO/CTO.
• Solid understanding of marketing tech (martech), CRM systems, campaign tools, analytics platforms, etc.
• Strong product thinking: ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Prior exposure to AI/ML-based products, especially in content generation or marketing automation.
• Excellent communication skills — especially in written and spoken English — able to produce high-quality documentation and client-ready presentations.
• Proactive, independent thinker with the ability to own both tech and product discussions.

Additional details:

• Must be based in Europe or able to work within European time zones.
• Comfortable starting on a contract basis through us, with the intention to join the client directly after a few months.
