The Marketing Director will oversee and lead all aspects of marketing operations, ensuring that strategies, campaigns, and creative outputs align with organizational goals. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, analytics, and creative execution across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage the marketing department, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead performance reviews and ensure team accountability through progress tracking tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and campaign prioritization.
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and monitor email campaigns through Mailchimp and other tools.
- Execute social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and measurable engagement.
- Implement and track retargeting efforts and other conversion-based initiatives.
- Manage graphic design projects and marketing collateral production, including flyers, mailers, and promotional materials.
Digital Systems & Optimization
- Oversee the creation and management of landing pages, websites, and automations using tools like Zapier.
- Integrate and maintain effective tracking systems, including QR codes and data analytics.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Experience and Proficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership or director-level role.
- Demonstrated experience managing a marketing department and overseeing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, Zapier, Monday.com, and various digital marketing platforms.
- Strong background in campaign management, branding, and creative direction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
