Marketing Strategist

Are you a high-level strategist who knows how to scale 7-figure campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Strategist (VA2) to serve as the "brains" of our marketing operations. This is a leadership role where you will design sophisticated funnels, manage a specialized team, and leverage AI to dominate the market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee high-level marketing strategies for 7-figure+ campaigns. Design, implement, and optimize acquisition and retention funnels
• Manage and mentor our Facebook Ads Expert and Marketing Assistant. Act as the bridge between current operations and our external agency partners (Cole Gordon team)
• Use AI tools to automate lead nurturing, call systems, and follow-ups. Continuously evaluate and improve internal marketing systems and workflow automations
• Monitor and report on KPIs across all campaigns and funnels. Provide weekly strategic recommendations to leadership to fuel growth
• Oversee project management using ClickUp (or similar), assist with client onboarding, and ensure brand consistency via Canva

Qualifications:

• Proven background in marketing strategy
• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is essential for managing our pipelines and automations
• Deep understanding of KPIs, funnel metrics, and the Meta Pixel to drive high-performing campaigns
• Experience with AI tools and workflow automation is a strong plus, especially within the AI Marketing industry
• Previous experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects is a major advantage
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) for high-level reporting and team coordination
