Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager VA to oversee funnels, systems, and marketing operations while supporting leadership and managing a small VA team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and opt-in systems
• Ensure websites, forms, links, and downloads function correctly
• Oversee social media posting schedules and campaign execution
• Manage CRM automations, data accuracy, and workflows
• Handle affiliate and sponsorship outreach, tracking, and coordination
• Assign and manage tasks for 2–3 supporting VAs
• Maintain SOPs, files, and internal documentation
• Support executive productivity through email and operational support

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills
• Digital marketing experience as a VA or in a corporate role
• CRM management and optimization experience
• Experience with Squarespace or similar platforms
• Familiarity with automations (Zapier preferred)
• Working knowledge of Beehiiv, ChatGPT, Teachable, Google Drive, Canva, and Descript
