We're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Analyst to support our marketing team.
Our ideal candidate comes from a small IT company that focuses on the U.S. and European markets. You have experience working in a lean marketing team, handling various aspects of digital marketing, and making a direct impact on growth. The role requires expertise in marketing analytics and website optimization. The candidate should have a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX/UI principles, and extensive experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including complex integrations and building marketing analytics dashboards and reports. While SEO execution is not required, you should be able to set and oversee SEO tasks for specialists. This is a fully remote position.
What you will do:
- Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM reports, customer databases, etc.;
- Build and analyze website customer journey and behavior, dashboards, heatmaps to provide it to product marketing teams and optimize marketing metrics such as conversion rate (CR%), bounce rate etc.;
- Define and implement the website development roadmap to maximize user experience and conversion rates. Plan and conduct experiments and A/B tests;
- Support the development and execution of SEO, SEM, and analytics strategies in product marketing teams;
- Establish efficient relationships with external web agencies and vendors to improve website marketing efforts;
- Collaborate with the IT department to create and maintain data visualization dashboards.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, business analytics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in marketing analytics, web, and data analysis, or a related field using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, HubSpot or Zoho CRM/Forms, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Shopify, email automatisation tools (like Mailchimp), etc.;
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including down funnel analysis, and key efficiency metrics of each digital marketing channel (SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.);
- Technical knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Amplitude, Big Query, etc.);
- Experience in conducting UX/UI research, A/B testing and website conversion rate optimisation;
- Experience working with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
- High experience and skill level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
- Excellent skills in creating clear, concise data reports to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, showcasing adaptability and strong communication skills;
- English proficiency: B2+.
