Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a strong eye for design, hands-on video production skills, and a curiosity for how AI can transform the creative process. This is a hybrid, multimedia-focused role for someone who can craft compelling visuals and motion content for digital campaigns and social media — while contributing fresh, strategic ideas in a collaborative design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and experiment with AI tools to improve and streamline creative workflows, particularly in design and video.
- Contribute original, brand-aligned concepts for digital campaigns, alongside other team members.
- Design and produce high-quality static and video content for social media, digital ads, and other campaign materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and other creatives to ensure visual consistency and impact across deliverables.
- Translate client briefs and strategy insights into clear, engaging visual content.
- Keep up to date with design trends, platform innovations, and content formats across channels.
- Share creative inspiration and best practices with the team to foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably in digital agencies or studios.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, multimedia execution, and digital/social content expertise.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro.
- Skilled in video editing tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Runway, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.).
- Understanding of social media formats, specs, and trends.
Soft Skills:
- Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and brand objectives.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — comfortable working with global brands.
