JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will assist in the execution of marketing strategies to promote our company Brand and Sales Strategy. This role includes campaign management, content creation, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with sales, technical teams, and industry partners to help drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategy Development and Planning:
○ Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with overall business objectives and sales goals.
○ Identify target audiences and develop effective messaging and positioning.
○ Establish marketing budgets and manage resources effectively.
● Campaign Management:
○ Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., content marketing, email marketing, social media, events).
○ Coordinate with teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
○ Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.
● Brand Management and Communication:
○ Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
○ Develop and manage content strategy and editorial calendar.
○ Handle external communications, including media relations.
● Performance Analysis and Reporting:
○ Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics (KPIs).
○ Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to senior management.
○ Identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies based on data insights.
● Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
○ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
○ Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
● Sales Enablement:
○ Develop marketing materials and tools to support the sales team (e.g., presentations, case studies, product sheets).
○ Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on messaging and lead follow-up.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as CRM and email platforms.
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to travel across the US for corporate events and trade-shows
