The team combines expertise in AI, cryptography, and decentralized finance to build next-generation platforms that facilitate real-time coordination between smart contracts, AI agents, and multiple blockchain networks.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Web3 experience, eager to join a fast-moving environment and take ownership from the ground up. This role focuses on building high-performance infrastructure for a cross-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) that leverages multi-party computation, secure enclaves, chain signatures, and an intent-driven architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of blockchain technologies across both EVM and non-EVM chains and will collaborate closely with protocol teams and external partners to deliver ultra-fast and highly reliable systems supporting autonomous agents.

This role is split approximately 60% software engineering and 40% site reliability engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a platform enabling autonomous agents to execute precise financial operations.
Optimize interactions between users and agents to minimize latency down to the millisecond.
Implement deep tracing and observability to monitor data flows and system health.
Build SDKs and reference implementations to support external integration.
Ensure high availability and resilience using cloud-native solutions.
Design, test, and implement robust state machines for managing Request For Quote (RFQ) workflows.

About You

You are a senior engineer passionate about tackling complex distributed systems challenges with elegant and efficient solutions. You have a strong background in system development and optimization, a keen interest in blockchain technologies, and thrive in collaborative, high-velocity teams.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience building resilient backend services using TypeScript and Go.
Proven track record as a distributed systems engineer delivering scalable and reliable software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with site reliability engineering (SRE).
Familiarity with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong knowledge of algorithms and optimization techniques.
Experience with distributed systems architecture and debugging methodologies.
