Role Overview:

• As a Web Applications Engineer focused on Web3 Design, you will:
• Design Excellence: Deliver best-in-class DeFi tools through a suite of web products.
• User Research: Structure user research to understand and meet user needs effectively.
• Design Frameworks: Establish a web app design framework and component library.
• Top-Notch Designs: Develop outstanding designs for various applications to be deployed.
• Autonomy: Work independently, bringing a unique skill set to lead the design process.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a highly talented team, sharing and learning from diverse skills and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Bring web UI/UX design expertise to the team and drive product UX decisions.
• Ensure design features work well across browsers, form factors, and meet accessibility requirements.
• Navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Passionately learn from and teach teammates with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Leverage your experience to guide the team in making the best design decisions.
• Desired Skills and Experience:
• Web Design Knowledge: Understanding of web design nuances, including cross-browser compatibility, form factors, and accessibility.
• Autonomous Work: Comfortable working autonomously and leading the design process.
• Collaborative Spirit: Eager to learn from and teach teammates.
• Crypto and Finance Interest: While not required, experience or interest in crypto and/or finance is ideal.
