Graphic Designer (DeFi)

We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing team operating at the intersection of Web3, fintech, and digital design. They're looking for a Graphic Designer who can create clean, engaging, and scalable visuals across a range of platforms and formats.

This is a fully remote role, with flexible working hours and optional access to co-working hubs in select international cities. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams distributed across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

What You'll Do

• Design branded illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to support marketing and product communications.
• Create high-quality visuals for slide decks, social content, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity system (icons, asset libraries, templates).
• Produce clean, user-friendly graphics that help simplify complex Web3 or fintech concepts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to align visuals with broader strategic goals.
• Bonus: Contribute creative ideas for campaigns using generative art tools.
• Bonus: Build out templates or systems to automate and streamline visual asset creation for faster delivery.

• Ability to deliver high-quality design work quickly and reliably.
• Curiosity about crypto/Web3 and a desire to understand how best to visualize its concepts.
• Team player who communicates well and collaborates effectively with multiple departments.

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, ideally in tech, fintech, or Web3.
• Portfolio that showcases illustration, infographics, and brand design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Strong skills in composition, typography, colour use, and layout.
• Experience producing slide decks, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
• Ability to turn abstract or technical concepts into clear, approachable visuals.

Nice to Have

• Illustration, sketching, or painting skills.
• Familiarity with generative art tools (MidJourney, p5.js, Processing, TouchDesigner, etc.).
• Interest in or experience with automating visual workflows.
• Basic motion design or animation capabilities.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, or similar.
