About The Team
In response to continuing business growth, we’re looking for a graphic designer to join our marketing team, reporting to our Head of Content and working alongside our Senior Graphic Designer. This is a great opportunity to assist in further developing and championing our visual communication strategy in all its forms as our business grows and matures. While collaborating with our Senior Designer, you’ll have plenty of freedom to innovate and help take our brand to the next level, and we’re always keen to try new ideas that can help us stand out.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be working alongside a small and friendly group of people to own our overall brand and bring it to life through all kinds of B2B marketing projects including:
We don’t mind if you’re from an agency background or in-house, but we expect you to dive in and actively contribute to startup life. That means you should be organized, stay calm, and deliver quality work even when juggling multiple projects, tight event deadlines, and urgent requests. It also means you need a healthy level of pragmatism and understand that progress trumps perfection.
In terms of logistics: you’ll need to be proficient with Figma, the Adobe suite, PowerPoint and Google Suite. We use Google Suite, Slack, Hubspot, Webflow and Jira among other tools.

The OTE for this role is _£_30,000-40,000 + Equity.
This Location for this role is London (UK) or Remote - Europe. You’ll be working fully remote, but for timezone purposes we’re looking for someone in EMEA as we expect collaboration with colleagues across Europe and the US.
