About The Team

In response to continuing business growth, we’re looking for a graphic designer to join our marketing team, reporting to our Head of Content and working alongside our Senior Graphic Designer. This is a great opportunity to assist in further developing and championing our visual communication strategy in all its forms as our business grows and matures. While collaborating with our Senior Designer, you’ll have plenty of freedom to innovate and help take our brand to the next level, and we’re always keen to try new ideas that can help us stand out.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be working alongside a small and friendly group of people to own our overall brand and bring it to life through all kinds of B2B marketing projects including:

• Website layouts, UX, and animations
• Videos for customer stories, exec interviews and product demos
• Presentations for events, sales meetings and internal use
• Ad-style graphics, including social cards and GIFs, email headers, landing page headers
• Document layouts for white papers, brochures and data sheets
• Event materials, including stands, screens, t-shirts and swag
• Illustrations and diagrams to communicate various business concepts

We don’t mind if you’re from an agency background or in-house, but we expect you to dive in and actively contribute to startup life. That means you should be organized, stay calm, and deliver quality work even when juggling multiple projects, tight event deadlines, and urgent requests. It also means you need a healthy level of pragmatism and understand that progress trumps perfection.

In terms of logistics: you’ll need to be proficient with Figma, the Adobe suite, PowerPoint and Google Suite. We use Google Suite, Slack, Hubspot, Webflow and Jira among other tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing for web, animation, and print, ideally in a B2B marketing environment.
• Strategic perspective on graphic design and how it should contribute to user experience, marketing effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Confidence in multiple design disciplines including layout, motion design, illustration, brand utilization, and typography.
• Curiosity and ability to learn and build off of existing materials and collaborate with the content marketing team to create professional, on-brand work.
• Ability to take direction from senior team members and learn from for future projects
• Attention to detail and ability to follow existing brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to take briefs, discuss concepts, and present your work. You’ll need the confidence to work on technical topics with subject matter experts.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Figma, the Adobe Suite, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in web animation, video editing, page layout, and front-end web UI design is preferred for this role.
• B2B tech marketing and startup background would be a great asset — you should be equally comfortable working on complex diagrams for a white paper, a GIF for a LinkedIn ad, and print-ready artwork for an event stand, all on the same day!

The OTE for this role is _£_30,000-40,000 + Equity.
