We are seeking a highly creative and strategic UI/UX Designer & Storyteller who excels at translating complex ideas into engaging user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who not only has a deep understanding of design systems and interaction design but also possesses the rare ability to craft compelling narratives around product experiences. As a key member of our product and design team, you will shape the look, feel, and story of our digital interfaces — from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces across web and mobile platforms that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
- Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Framer, or Protopie to bring concepts to life and test interactions early.
- Lead user research efforts, including interviews, usability tests, and data synthesis to inform design direction.
- Develop and maintain design systems and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Create narratives and storyboards that communicate the “why” behind the design — helping stakeholders and developers understand the user journey, problem framing, and product value.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure user needs are reflected throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present design work and storytelling artifacts to cross-functional teams and leadership in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio that showcases both functional design and narrative thinking.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Framer, or similar.
- Proven ability to create interactive prototypes that mimic real-world product interactions.
- Strong skills in storytelling, visual communication, and presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- An eye for clean, modern design with a relentless attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Background in motion design or animation.
- Experience in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and platforms like Ceros is a plus.
