SpecterOps is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for our Identity Attack Path Management solutions. In this role, you’ll connect our innovative technology to customer needs, helping security teams understand and solve identity-based risks which often show up as attack paths. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our positioning resonates and drives adoption in the market.

We’re looking for a storyteller and strategist with a strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly in identity security, and a passion for translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions. This is a high-impact role that will influence everything from messaging to product launches to sales enablement.

Salary Range: Base salary annually, commensurate with experience

  • $135,000 - $160,000

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine messaging, positioning, and narratives that differentiate SpecterOps in the Identity Security market
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new features, capabilities, and product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence to help Sales effectively position against alternatives and competitors
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, and customer case studies
  • Partner with Demand Generation to develop campaign content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, buyer needs, and opportunities within Identity Security and related segments
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to capture and amplify customer stories and proof points
  • Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on identity security topics, contributing to webinars, blogs, and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in cybersecurity, with direct exposure to identity security, IAM, PAM, or related domains
  • Proven track record of creating effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for multiple audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with enablement and competitive intelligence
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, delivering work assignments independently with minimal direction
  • Experience with Identity directory tools, such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta IAM, Ping, or CyberArk Workforce Identity
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive positioning, and campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; technical or security-related background a plus
