The Role
We are growing fast and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to establish and lead our marketing efforts. This is a foundational marketing role, ideal for someone who wants to make a big impact in a high-growth tech company
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that position all Spatial Channels as the go-to solution for digital stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Take our leading-edge video content and leverage it to build our brand nationally and globally
- Contribute to leadership decisions on best use of technology.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
Content & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and manage engaging content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy).
- Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other key platforms, increasing engagement and followers.
- Plan, schedule, and analyse social media posts to ensure consistent brand messaging.
SEO & Website Management
- Optimise website content for SEO, increasing organic traffic and visibility.
- Work with designers and developers to improve website UX and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing on landing pages to enhance performance.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Create automated email sequences and segment audiences for targeted outreach.
- Analyse email performance and optimise for better engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to gain insights and improve marketing efforts.
Community & Event Marketing
- Support the promotion of industry events, and product launches.
- Engage with online communities and industry networks to expand our reach.
- Collaborate with partners and influencers to amplify our brand.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar marketing tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills for content creation and social engagement.
- Ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives in a fast-growing company.
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS or technology marketing.
- Background in community engagement, urban planning, or GIS.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
