Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong UI/UX foundation and a product-driven mindset to join our growing team in Tunis. You'll play a pivotal role in designing the user experience for a new SaaS platform focused on tennis club managementāa product that helps coaches, club managers, and players manage bookings, payments, schedules, and more.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer looking to work on a meaningful product from the ground up, influence key UX decisions, and grow within a collaborative and international environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Design intuitive, scalable, and engaging user interfaces and end-to-end user journeys for a modern SaaS platform.
- Conduct and apply user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and analytics insights.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity and accessibility standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3ā5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, ideally within a SaaS or web-based product environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and visual polish.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive layouts, and usability principles.
- Experience collaborating with development teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with scheduling, booking, or administrative interfaces is a plus.
