We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong visual judgment and the ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive, beautifully crafted digital experiences.

At Spark, creative aesthetics and attention to detail are central to our work. We care about how an experience works, how it looks, and how it feels—from the overall visual direction to the typography, spacing, interactions, and smallest interface details.

You should be comfortable shaping user journeys and simplifying information, with a portfolio that demonstrates a high standard of UI design across websites and digital products. You’ll work closely with strategy, content, and technology teams to create experiences that are useful, distinctive, and thoughtfully executed.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual directions for websites, apps, dashboards, and digital platforms, translating brand identities into distinctive digital experiences.
• Create polished, responsive UI designs with careful attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, spacing, and interaction.
• Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes that make complex experiences clear and intuitive.
• Explore and present design concepts, explaining the thinking behind your visual and UX decisions.
• Build and refine design systems and component libraries that support consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to translate business requirements into clear, engaging experiences.
• Work closely with developers throughout implementation, reviewing the finished interface and resolving discrepancies in layout, styling, responsiveness, and interactions.
• Contribute to design reviews, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and refine work to a high standard.

Skills

• A strong eye for visual design, with a confident understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and spacing.
• The ability to create distinctive interfaces that reflect a brand’s personality and purpose.
• Sound UX fundamentals, including user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
• The ability to simplify complex content while maintaining visual interest and clarity.
• Strong systems thinking, including reusable components, interface states, and responsive behaviour.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• Attention to detail and the judgment to recognise where a design needs further refinement.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in UI/UX design, digital design, or product design.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and polished final interfaces, supported by clear UX thinking. Please identify your contribution to each project.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile interfaces.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects while maintaining design quality.
• An understanding of how designs translate into development.

Added advantages

• Experience with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing motion, micro-interactions, or interactive prototypes.
• Experience designing Arabic interfaces and right-to-left layouts.
