Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a foundation in Python programming (preferable) and a passion for generative AI. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and will be responsible for developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. Experience with low-code platforms, specifically Bubble, is a plus and will be a significant focus of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python.

- Implement best practices in software engineering, including testing, code reviews, and version control.

2. Low-Code Platform Updates: (Training will be provided)

- Utilize low-code platforms like Bubble to rapidly build and deploy web applications.

- Customize and extend the capabilities of low-code solutions to meet business requirements.

3. AI Integration:

- Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate generative AI models into existing and new applications.

- Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance software capabilities.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and AI product lead, to understand and implement technical requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Proven experience with low-code development platforms, especially Bubble, is a plus.
• Experience with generative AI technologies and models is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must reside in or possess a valid working permit for Malaysia.
