You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating intuitive and visually appealing designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes at various levels of fidelity.
• Strong visual design skills, including a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
