Senior Automation QA (C#)

Product company SpaceWhale is looking for a Senior Automation QA to join our team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing of web applications and

backend services;

• Strong proficiency in C#, Selenium, and NUnit;

• Solid experience with API testing;

• Experience with performance testing tools such as Nbomber;

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and visualization tools like

Grafana;

• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Azure DevOps,

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD;

• Experience working with WebSockets and real-time data exchange

systems;

• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug

tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps);

• Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency trading concepts is an

advantage;

• Strong leadership qualities and ability to take ownership of QA processes

and team activities;

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for the web-based

trading platform and backend microservices;

• Design and implement robust test frameworks to ensure high-quality

releases;

• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of web

applications and backend services (HTTP & WSS);

• Automate API testing for microservices using HttpClient and related

tools;• Collaborate with developers, product owner, and other QA engineers to

ensure high test coverage and efficient test strategies;

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them to resolution;

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration;

• Ensure security, reliability, and performance compliance of the web

application and backend services;

• Lead QA processes and activities, taking personal responsibility for test

strategies and quality assurance;

• Mentor team members and drive best practices in test automation;

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging test automation

tools and techniques.
