In this role, you will define the marketing analytics strategy, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and channels, implement attribution models, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions. You will partner closely with the Performance, Affiliate, Brand, and Product teams to empower them with data-driven insights and help scale marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing analytics function: set priorities, build analytical processes, develop tools, and manage a team of analysts.
- Evaluate performance across brands, regions, countries, and traffic sources.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to develop and maintain multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to assess channel contributions and guide budget allocation.
- Partner with Performance, Affiliate, and Brand Marketing teams to scale campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the BI team to build dashboards, automate reporting, and visualize key metrics.
- Analyze data from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and internal systems to uncover growth opportunities and optimize the funnel.
- Ensure data accuracy, metric consistency, and automation of analytical workflows.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify strategic growth areas.
- Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior analyst role.
- Proven experience managing a team, setting goals, prioritizing work, and developing talent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms (AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.).
- Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, attribution logic, and performance marketing metrics.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Fluency in Russian (C2) and English (B1+).

- Experience in Fintech / Forex or other highly competitive B2C industries.
- Understanding of end-to-end marketing analytics and data integration processes.
