Role Overview
We’re searching for an execution‑driven Growth Marketing Lead who turns insights into scalable campaigns. You’ll own paid growth and funnel optimization first, creator and influencer partnerships second, and social‑community programs third. Alongside the founders, you’ll translate product vision into measurable growth while keeping our brand voice fashion‑forward and creator‑centric.
You will report directly to the CEO and work cross‑functionally with product, design, engineering, and business development.
What You’ll Own
📈 Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels—owning CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
- Build full‑funnel experiments (landing pages, onboarding emails, retargeting, marketing automation) and ship A/B tests weekly.
- Develop SEO & content strategies that compound into sustainable organic traffic.
- Implement Web3‑native growth loops—airdrops, referral mechanics, token incentives, gamified quests.
🧵 Community & Social
- Own ABLO’s voice across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram.
- Publish scroll‑stopping content calendars that mix education, inspiration, and trend‑based hooks.
- Foster genuine engagement through comments, DMs, AMAs, design contests, and live sessions.
- Track sentiment and performance metrics, iterating content quickly to maximize reach and retention.
👥 Creator & Influencer Partnerships
- Source, onboard, and activate creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors who amplify ABLO’s reach.
- Design co‑branded drops, capsule collections, and UGC campaigns that showcase the platform’s power.
- Maintain dashboards and playbooks that convert creators into power users and evangelists.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to secure high‑impact brand IP that fuels creator interest.
🎨 Brand & Messaging
- Guard and evolve the “Create What’s Next with Iconic Brands” narrative across every touchpoint.
- Ensure a consistent, fashion‑forward tone from product copy to unboxing emails.
- Craft earned‑media angles and thought‑leadership pieces that position ABLO at the frontier of AI x Web3 x fashion.
🚀 Launches & GTM
- Orchestrate go‑to‑market plans for feature releases and partner IP drops, aligning stakeholders on timelines, assets, and success KPIs.
- Own the marketing budget and communicate growth impact and insights to leadership.
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years in growth or performance marketing within fashion, creator economy, e‑commerce, or Web3 startups.
- Proven track record managing $50 k+ monthly ad spend with clear CAC & ROAS wins.
- Experience scaling social or content channels to 20k+ followers organically.
- Data‑native mindset—comfortable querying GA4, Amplitude, or SQL and turning numbers into action.
- Creative chops and speed—able to write a TikTok script in the morning and push a paid campaign live in the afternoon.
- Familiarity with AI content tools, Klaviyo/email automations, and fundamental blockchain concepts (wallets, minting, tokenomics) a plus.
- Bonus: personal creator or side‑hustle experience, Shopify, or previous Web3 launch success.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65k – $125k USD (DOE & location)
- Equity: token allocation with standard 4‑year vest / 1‑year cliff
- Performance Bonus: Based on company milestones & individual KPIs
