Senior Product Designer, Remote, Crypto experience is needed for a top project, Defi, DEX, Up to $200k

I’m working with a well-funded, high-growth blockchain company building one of the most exciting Layer 1 ecosystems in the market. With significant backing and a rapidly expanding user base, they’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of design across their core products.

This is a true 0→1, high-impact role where you’ll shape user experiences used by hundreds of thousands of users across web and mobile, working directly with founders, product, and engineering.

What you’ll be doing

• Own end-to-end product design from concept through to production

• Design intuitive, high-quality experiences across web and mobile applications

• Translate complex technical and DeFi concepts into clean, user-friendly interfaces

• Build and evolve scalable design systems

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership

• Contribute to brand, visuals, and broader product experience where needed

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design and iteration

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years in product design with a strong portfolio

• Experience designing complex, data-heavy or technical products

• Strong design systems and UI/UX fundamentals

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup environments

• High ownership mindset, proactive and hands-on

• Interest in crypto, DeFi, or blockchain is a big plus
