Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in real estate lead generation and ecommerce performance campaigns. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and solid execution capabilities across paid media and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Drive high-quality lead generation for real estate projects (2BHK, luxury, site visits, inquiries)
- Manage ecommerce performance campaigns with a focus on ROAS, conversions, and scaling
- Develop and monitor media plans, budgets, and performance forecasts
- Analyze campaign data to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Implement and oversee SEO strategies (on-page, basic technical SEO, keyword planning)
- Track performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimisation
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keywords, content alignment)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Good to Have
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Familiarity with CRM integrations for lead tracking
- Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of automation tools or performance dashboards
