Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in real estate lead generation and ecommerce performance campaigns. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and solid execution capabilities across paid media and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive high-quality lead generation for real estate projects (2BHK, luxury, site visits, inquiries)
  • Manage ecommerce performance campaigns with a focus on ROAS, conversions, and scaling
  • Develop and monitor media plans, budgets, and performance forecasts
  • Analyze campaign data to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
  • Implement and oversee SEO strategies (on-page, basic technical SEO, keyword planning)
  • Track performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven experience in real estate lead generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimisation
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keywords, content alignment)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

Good to Have

  • Experience with landing page optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations for lead tracking
  • Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
  • Knowledge of automation tools or performance dashboards
