Job Description
Position Overview:
The Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping the look and feel of the product while crafting user-centered designs, that enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of products. This position requires a strong focus on the user experience, ensuring that designs are intuitive and accessible.
Additionally, the Product Designer works on product strategy, concept development, and user research to design not only the user interface (UI) and interactions (UX), but also the product’s structure, logic, and functionality.

Skills And Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in Product design or UX/UI design.
Demonstrated ability to implement user-centered design using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, ProtoPie, Principle, Lottie, etc.).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications for design decisions.
Core Skills:
UX Patterns: Deep understanding of popular UX patterns, usability heuristics, and laws. Able to avoid dark patterns and implement designs based on OS guidelines.
UX Copywriting: Proficient in writing clear, user-friendly text for interfaces.
Prototyping: Proficient in creating clickable prototypes to simulate user flows, using advanced techniques such as smart animate and API integration.
User Research: Independently conducts user research, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, and applies insights to enhance user experience.
Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, working closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
