Product Manager (Japanese Language)

SourceFuse Technologies hiring Product Manager with 5+ years of experience.

Please note: The candidate is willing to relocate to Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and features.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Roadmap & Planning: Develop detailed production timelines, launch plans, and pricing strategies to guide product introduction.
• Product Development: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Marketing Strategy: Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market positioning
• Technical Roadmap Ownership: CPartner with engineering leads to define the technical feasibility, dependencies, and timelines of product initiatives.
• Backlog Prioritization: Translate technical complexity into business impact to balance feature development with scalability and performance improvements.
• Quality & Release Management: Oversee end-to-end release planning, including QA, UAT, and deployment readiness
• Security & Compliance Awareness: Ensure features meet HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR and other data protection standards.
• Platform Evolution: Drive architectural discussions for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Skills & Abilities:

• One who can understand client vision
• One who can do Market Research/stakeholder interviews/analysis
• Has experience with Product Roadmap -Features/Epic/Stories
• Has Deep experience in wireframing products
• Will be Working closely with designers (keen sense of Ui and UX)
• Has Design Thinking experience/Mind maps
• Has the Ability to create compelling product presentations
• Has Experience working with Agile Development team
• API and Integration Knowledge: Ability to conceptualize and manage API-based products, integrations, and data flow between systems.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) for product performance insights.
• Tech Stack Awareness: Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about technologies like React, Node.js, microservices, and containerization.
• AI/ML Familiarity: Understanding of AI-driven features, data pipelines, and model integration (if relevant to your roadmap).
