Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager with a strong background in E-commerce and Brand Development. In this role, you will drive brand visibility, online sales, and customer engagement by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Description:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase online traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
- Manage the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
- Optimize product listings, landing pages, and digital storefronts for SEO and conversion
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop engaging brand assets
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, customer behavior, and market trends
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing strategies
- Manage email marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships
- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach
- Analyze ROI and provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on e-commerce and branding
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email platforms, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Graphic design and content creation experience is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles for e-commerce
- Familiarity with customer retention strategies (e.g., loyalty programs, email flows)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
