The Role
We’re hiring our first full-time product designer—a Principal-level role that’s pivotal in shaping both the product and the design culture at Source. This is an exciting opportunity to bring the clarity and delight of consumer-grade UX to enterprise software.
As our Founding Product Designer, you’ll lead design efforts from concept to execution, ensuring our interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business leads to translate user needs into elegant solutions—and play an active role in our product council to shape how we build.

Compensation Statement
Source carefully evaluates multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, education, and training.
The minimum salary for the Founding Product Designer position is $165,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $195,000 annually. The actual compensation offered to a successful candidate will be based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
In addition to base salary, successful candidates may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and other incentives based on individual and company performance in alignment with Source’s applicable compensation and benefits programs.

This is a remote-first role. That said, we have a preference for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area to better support collaboration across time zones and key operational needs.
