What You’ll Do

• Design & ship full‑stack features that power audiometric test scheduling, data ingestion, and compliance dashboards.
• Improve data‑access patterns (caching, indexing, pagination) to keep our cloud APIs snappy as dataset sizes grow.
• Collaborate deeply with Product & Design — you’ll turn high‑level health‑safety concepts into intuitive flows and influence roadmap priorities alongside the CTO.
• Shape architecture decisions for our evolving cloud‑plus‑edge platform, balancing scalability, cost, and developer velocity.
• Mentor teammates through code‑reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

About You

• 6+ years building production systems with TypeScript, React, Node, Express, and MongoDB (or other equivalent technologies.
• Strong in data modeling, REST API design, and database performance tuning.
• Comfortable with modern DevOps / IaC workflows (Pulumi/Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions).
• Passionate about partnering with product managers & designers to translate user needs into elegant software.
• Bonus: exposure to audio signal processing, OSHA/health‑tech regulations, or embedded/Particle devices.
