How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will oversee multi-channel advertising efforts, optimizing performance across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and. Your experience in audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing will help maximize ROI while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, scale new channels, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness to support ongoing business goals.
