We’re a venture‑backed American research lab safeguarding music rights at global scale. Our neural‑fingerprinting platform combines multilayer AI with human‑in‑the‑loop review to detect infringement across the open web.

We are shipping fast and scaling even faster. As we bring new detection layers, UI flows, and customer integrations online, we need an impact-driven Product Manager to own product outcomes, align the team, and help us level up.

What You’ll Do

Own Product Roadmap:

• Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities
• Maintain and communicate the product vision
• Drive alignment across engineering, ML, and design

Shipping + Execution:

• Ensure on-time delivery of new detection modes and features
• Coordinate sprints, backlog, and cross-team dependencies
• Drive UAT, QA, and product launches

Customer Focus:

• Work with enterprise customers (labels, distributors) to deeply understand needs
• Gather and prioritize feedback for new features and improvements

Data-Driven Iteration:

• Analyze product metrics, benchmark results, and customer feedback
• Drive improvements in detection accuracy, performance, and user experience

Team Enablement:

• Ensure everyone (ML, backend, frontend, infra, design) is aligned and unblocked
• Foster a high-trust, transparent, and fast-moving product culture

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have shipped high-impact products with backend/ML components (AI, SaaS, security, or music/rights tech a big plus
• Love moving fast in startup environments and thrive with real ownership
• Can coordinate deeply technical and design-oriented teams
• Are detail-oriented but bias towards action
• Communicate crisply and bring clarity to ambiguity
• Have experience working directly with engineers and ML teams

Our Stack & Current State

• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, React, tRPC
• Backend: Python monorepo, microservices, Redis, Google Cloud, GKE, Helm
• AI/ML: Neural fingerprinting, voice ID, lyric matching, cover detection
• Customers: Multiple top labels, infra per-label (namespaces, DBs)
• In Production: Daily scans at scale, AI detection, live benchmarks
• Shipping Velocity: Weekly releases, rapid follow-ups, and live customer feedback

Key Upcoming Deliverables

• Shipping and scaling new detection modes
• Improving detection accuracy
• Enabling new customer-facing UI flows
• Establish direct product feedback pipeline and weekly check ins with labels
• Collaborating on product/tech OKRs and reporting

Team & Culture

You’ll work with an all-star, distributed team of engineers, ML researchers, designers, and advisors. We value transparency, ownership, velocity, and doing the right thing for our customers and users. The team is distributed but two main bases are Palo Alto, CA and London.
