We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong Figma skills to help shape intuitive, fast, and clean user experiences for our modern web platform. You’ll work closely with developers and product managers to design components and flows that translate seamlessly into performant code using frameworks like Next.js, Remix, HTMX or Expo.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lightweight, fast-moving environment where clarity and simplicity are core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clean, responsive UI/UX designs in Figma, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for modern web stacks (Next.js, HTMX, Cloudflare Workers).
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that supports scalability and code alignment (atomic/utility-first CSS, Tailwind-style semantics).
- Iterate on feedback quickly and maintain a user-centric approach to product evolution.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design assumptions and refine features.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS or developer-facing tools.
- Mastery of Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of design for the web — accessibility, performance-aware layouts, responsive design, and component reusability.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and speak to trade-offs between design and performance.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of basic frontend concepts (HTML structure, utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind).
- Prior work on developer tools, open source projects, or design-to-code handoff processes.
What We Offer
- Remote-friendly work culture with async flexibility.
- Autonomy in decision-making and creative direction.
- A fast-moving team that values focus, clarity, and efficiency.
- Competitive salary and equity packages.
- A modern design/dev environment where your work is highly respected and implemented faithfully.
