What You'll Do

Web & Digital Design

• Support the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Create visually engaging designs while adhering to established brand guidelines, design systems, and creative direction.
• Contribute to the development of responsive, mobile-first digital experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Assist in producing a variety of digital marketing assets, including web graphics, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and follow modern web design best practices.

Collaboration & Project Execution

• Manage assigned design projects while balancing quality, deadlines, and evolving priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and development teams to ensure designs effectively support messaging and business goals.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and senior team members.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and contribute ideas that enhance user experience and visual consistency.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by working closely with creative and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.

Design Systems & Optimization

• Apply and maintain established design systems, component libraries, and visual standards.
• Utilize user insights, analytics, and performance data to support ongoing design improvements and optimization efforts.
• Contribute to continuous enhancement of digital experiences through iterative design and testing.
• Support the creation and organization of design assets to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across projects.

Website Management & Production Support

• Assist with content updates, website publishing, and no-code implementation activities through content management platforms.
• Prepare design assets for development and ensure quality assurance standards are met before launch.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented and optimized for performance.
• Support ongoing website maintenance and enhancements as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Foundational knowledge of web design, digital design, branding, and UI/UX principles.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with layout design, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition principles.
• Ability to work within established design guidelines and brand standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns.
• Exposure to content management systems and no-code website publishing tools.
• Interest in motion graphics, video collaboration, or interactive web experiences.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design methodologies.
