An exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to develop engaging, user-focused digital experiences. This role works closely with design, product, analytics, and development teams to create visually compelling interfaces, establish design standards, and enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design expertise with an understanding of user experience principles, creating intuitive and aesthetically appealing solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Brand Consistency

• Create high-quality designs for web, mobile, dashboards, and digital applications while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Define and maintain visual standards, including typography, color systems, iconography, and layout principles.
• Produce polished visual assets that enhance usability and engagement.

Collaboration & Design Execution

• Partner with UX designers, product teams, and developers to transform concepts, wireframes, and requirements into compelling visual experiences.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Provide detailed design specifications and ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile delivery environment.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct UI reviews and testing to ensure visual consistency and usability standards.
• Track, document, and communicate design issues, bugs, and required updates.
• Adapt to evolving stakeholder requirements while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Project Planning & Communication

• Estimate effort, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines across multiple projects.
• Coordinate effectively with design, functional, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support global teams by working across varying schedules and time zones.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in visual design, UI design, or digital product design.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems for digital products.
• Experience designing interfaces for data-driven applications, dashboards, or enterprise platforms.

Core Competencies

• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of design processes, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, style guides, and specification documentation.

• Balanced appreciation for aesthetics, usability, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Experience within consumer products, supply chain, commercial, or enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-device design considerations, including responsive layouts and varying screen densities.
• Strong familiarity with usability principles and design best practices.
• Understanding of historical and modern visual design styles and trends.
