🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the development, integration, testing, and deployment of reliable software solutions.
• Collaborate on designing scalable systems that align with evolving business needs.
• Drive key projects involving Systematics applications (GN/IM/RM/MA) using Agile methodologies.
• Translate complex requirements into technical solutions with strong system analysis.
• Contribute to large-scale application transformation and modernization efforts.
• Champion engineering best practices across performance, scalability, and maintainability.

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (post-internship).
• Strong background in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and IBM mainframes.
• Experience with Easytrieve, DYL, and mainframe utilities like SORT, IDCAMS.
• Skilled in both batch and CICS program development.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, or automated testing tools is a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset.

💵 Compensation

$144,200 – $164,600 annually (depending on experience)
