Our client, a leading organization in Sourcing & Procurement Business Services, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives that drive strategic transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation across the procurement lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven project leader with experience in complex, cross-functional programs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional projects aligned with enterprise and S&P goals
- Establish and enforce PMO governance, methodologies, and best practices
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Partner with change management teams to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and systems
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Track and report KPIs, including project milestones, budget adherence, and business outcomes
- Champion continuous improvement by streamlining processes and scaling best practices
- Deliver high-quality, data-driven updates and presentations to leadership and executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive project management experience, ideally in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise operations
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
- Formal project management training; PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Working knowledge of change management principles and tools
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
