Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading complex, end-to-end product design initiatives for digital products or platforms.
• Strong experience designing workflow-driven applications, enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or other complex user experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to think beyond individual interfaces and design comprehensive systems, journeys, and workflows.
• Proven track record of simplifying complex business processes into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and helping teams align around a clear product vision and strategy.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
