Their team spans multiple countries and disciplines, bringing together research, manufacturing, and commercial expertise to deliver meaningful advancements in neuroscience, oncology, and other critical areas of unmet medical need.
They are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to support the growth of a newly introduced targeted therapy within gastrointestinal oncology. This individual will work closely with thought leaders and clinical experts to strengthen awareness, build advocacy, and help shape strategic plans within the region. The role reports to the Director of Key Customer Marketing.
Role Overview
This field-oriented position centers on building productive, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across a defined territory and specific cancer indications. The RMM will gather and interpret market insights, support product education efforts, and cultivate expert advocacy. Frequent in-person engagement is essential, including participation in major medical meetings and regional scientific events.
The RMM will also be a key contributor to the development and execution of the organization’s speaker programs and will collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal.

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this position is $160,000–$240,000, aligned with competitive and equitable compensation practices.
