Key Responsibilities

• Define and track success metrics, analyze performance data, prioritize workstreams, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Clearly communicate customer problems and opportunities across teams and stakeholders
• Conduct market analysis, gather developer feedback, and design solutions to improve software delivery and operational efficiency
• Provide vision and execution by setting clear direction, managing dependencies, and driving progress across teams
• Foster a collaborative environment with product, engineering, UX, and analytics teams to deliver scalable platform solutions

Who You Are

• 6+ years of product management experience, particularly focused on platform or infrastructure products
• Proven track record of developing and scaling products that meet the needs of engineering and developer communities
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise services
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions), and DevOps tooling
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

Work Location

This is a remote role. Employees must reside in the United States and identify a primary work location, which may be anywhere within the U.S. (with limited exceptions).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $173,300 – $276,800 annually (specific to CA, CO, CT, HI, MD, MA, NV, NJ, NY, VT, WA, and DC)
• Additional compensation in the form of equity awards, based on experience, performance, and location
