Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of digital, social, and database marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Oversee a diverse team managing social media, web, and CRM marketing initiatives.
- Drive content strategies for paid and organic campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to continuously improve website performance, SEO, user experience, and accessibility.
- Develop and implement targeted email and SMS campaigns powered by data-driven insights and marketing automation.
- Manage and optimize marketing databases for segmentation, personalization, and performance measurement.
- Build strong partnerships with digital vendors, tech partners, and industry stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, audience insights, and competitive market intelligence.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in digital and social media strategy, analytics, and data-driven marketing.
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, UI/UX, SEM, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- A collaborative leader skilled at inspiring teams and delivering measurable results.
- Willingness to travel to the company’s office on a regular basis.
