Data Scientist – Marketing Analytics

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our Marketing Analytics team and help shape data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth. In this role, you’ll design and refine machine learning models, uncover insights from complex datasets, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimize marketing performance.
• Build and refine predictive models for segmentation and campaign optimization.
• Develop scalable tools using Python, R, SQL, and Linux environments.
• Integrate new internal and external data sources to enhance model performance.
• Lead mid-level projects and mentor junior team members.
• Clearly communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, with strong data modeling skills.
• (Preferred) Experience with Azure ML Studio or marketing analytics use cases.

Compensation: $95,700 – $170,925 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
