In this position, you will help enhance AI capabilities by training models to better understand and solve complex programming challenges. You’ll collaborate with a global network of experts, providing valuable insights that directly impact the performance of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and answer programming and computer science-related questions to support AI model training
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Rank outputs based on quality and technical accuracy
• Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to improve AI-generated responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in both English and Spanish
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and technical clarity in both languages

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
• Hands-on experience building or working on real-world software applications
