Sorbet is a modern payments platform built for businesses that operate globally. Send/receive in global currencies and settle instantly in local currencies including PKR, EGP, and SAR, powered by stablecoins.

We sit at the intersection of traditional fintech and Web3, giving businesses the flexibility to move money the way the modern economy actually works — across borders, across currencies, across chains.

If you are based in Pakistan and work with or for businesses operating between Pakistan and the Gulf, you already understand the problem we are solving.

You will work directly with the founders.

What you will own:

Content & Social Media

• Own the content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and email campaigns
• Write posts, campaign copy, launch announcements, and nurture sequences
• Turn product features into clear customer value

Campaigns & Distribution

• Plan and execute social campaigns across socials
• Run and optimize paid ads on both platforms
• Track and report campaign metrics weekly with a clear point of view on what's next

Partnerships & Community

• Identify and activate KOLs, creators, and community voices relevant to our audience, Pakistani tech and business communities, Gulf founder networks, Web3 circles
• Build and manage community collaborations that drive brand awareness and signups
• Represent Sorbet in the communities where our users already live — online and offline

Launches

• Coordinate feature launches across all channels
• Own the narrative, assets, and timing for every release
• Make sure the story is consistent from the announcement post to the onboarding email

What we are looking for:

• 2–4 years in a growth, marketing, or community role at a B2B startup, fintech, SaaS, or Web3 experience strongly preferred.
• Has personally run LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns and can show results.
• Comfortable setting up and optimizing paid ads on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Strong writer in English, can produce a LinkedIn post, an email sequence, and a product launch announcement without needing a copywriter.
• Community-native — genuinely active in online communities.
• AI-enabled: leverage Claude as a way to empower your work
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HeyReach, Smartlead, Notion, and Pipedrive is a strong plus.
• Most important: you are connected to the Pakistani business and tech community.
• You can write a post, a launch email, and a partnership pitch without needing a brief

You're passionated about fintech and/or Web3 — you understand stablecoins but you can also talk to a founder who has never touched crypto

What this is not:

This is not a corporate marketing role. You will write a post and publish it the same day. You will run an experiment, measure it, and kill it or scale it the following week. Speed and judgment matter more than process.
