Senior Candidate Marketing Manager

Job Description

As our new Senior Candidate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent to Sopra Steria. You will take ownership and translate our strategic vision into reality. Your creativity will elevate our campaigns and initiatives, helping us stand out as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns for priority vacancies.
• Ensure alignment with our business objectives and actively engage potential candidates, guiding them seamlessly towards applying.
• Develop and execute organic content strategies that engage potential candidates and showcase our company culture and opportunities.
• Manage employee advocacy programmes to drive active participation in talent acquisition initiatives.
• Implement social selling strategies and activate leadership participation to enhance our online presence and employer brand.

Qualifications

• At least 8–9 years of work experience in (Candidate) Marketing or Employer Branding, preferably within the Professional Services sector.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and platforms.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
