DevOps Developer

Job Description

A digital transformation unit supporting high-quality IT solutions and reusable components seeks a skilled DevOps Developer. The role focuses on enhancing CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure management using modern tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and IT to ensure smooth dev and production environments.
• Plan and deliver scalable, reliable platform solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identify and automate operational challenges to improve efficiency.
• Innovate developer tools to boost productivity and reduce overhead.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Extensive experience with Linux systems, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong skills in platform design, automation, and problem-solving.
• Effective English communication skills.

Specific Expertise:

• GitLab CI/CD integration (3+ years).
• Docker & Kubernetes container orchestration (5+ years).
• Cloud services (AWS/Azure) experience (3+ years).
• Terraform proficiency for IaC (5+ years).
• Automation/configuration tools (Ansible/Puppet) (2+ years).

Certifications (at least one):

• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert
• Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
• Or equivalent certification approved by the employer
