We're looking for a solutions-oriented Executive Administrator to provide extensive executive administrative support to a Product Development Group leadership team and general support to the broader international team. This role requires independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality while managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling travel, conferences, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare and submit expense reports for leadership and/or the department as assigned
• Conduct research, handle information requests, prepare correspondence, welcome visitors, and arrange conference calls
• Act as a liaison between different teams and international departments
• Coordinate group functions, including reserving conference rooms and arranging catering for the leadership team
• Plan and coordinate team/department events with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and organize team operations and procedures
• Take on special projects such as budget tracking, vendor/contract management, and org chart updates

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail
• Administrative or relevant work experience with a technical workforce; experience in the video games industry a plus
• Proficiency with calendar, international travel, and expense management tools
• Familiar world-wide business cultures and customers; fluency in Japanese a plus

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$85,100—$127,700 USD
