The Opportunity
We are seeking a UX & Digital Strategy Specialist to lead client strategy across the full lifecycle—from pre-sales presentations to post-sales project execution. This role is a crucial bridge between business challenges and digital solutions in SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), paid media, and user experience design.
You will create and deliver strategic roadmaps that connect audience insights, keyword opportunities, and paid campaigns to the information architecture and content flows that drive results. Unlike a purely execution-focused role, this position requires you to shape high-level strategy, present it persuasively to clients, and work hands-on with internal teams to turn that strategy into impactful websites and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales & Strategy: Partner with the sales team during pre-sales to craft and deliver strategic presentations that connect digital solutions to client business goals.
- Client Workshops: Lead discovery and digital strategy workshops with clients to capture business objectives, audience profiles, and competitive insights.
- Information Architecture & UX: Translate business needs into clear information architecture, content structures, and UX recommendations for websites and landing pages. Create wireframes or page outlines that demonstrate recommended structures.
- SEO & Paid Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive SEO and paid media strategies that align with user journeys and conversion goals, including conducting keyword research and search intent mapping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, SEO, and PPC teams to ensure your strategy is perfectly reflected in the final deliverables.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data (traffic, conversions, rankings, CPA) and translate it into clear, actionable insights and next-step optimizations for clients.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, paid media, and UX strategy, preferably in an agency environment.
- A proven ability to connect high-level business goals with digital strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, and content strategy) and the fundamentals of Google Ads & Social Ads.
- Demonstrated experience creating information architecture, wireframes, or content outlines.
- Exceptional skills in leading presentations, client workshops, and stakeholder conversations.
- The ability to synthesize complex performance data into plain-English insights and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative engine optimization (AI-driven SEO approaches).
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page optimization principles.
- Google Ads or Analytics certifications.
- Hands-on knowledge of UX tools (Figma, Miro, or similar).
- Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
