Position : Strategic Marketing Manager
Working Schedule : 9a-5p MST
Salary Range :$1800-$2500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of lead generation and brand awareness. This is a critical role: our growth depends on a steady flow of qualified leads that turn into demos and conversions. You’ll be responsible for developing, testing, and managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels - primarily Meta and Google Search - while also overseeing SMS/email nurture sequences, landing page optimization, and content marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion. If you’re equal parts creative and analytical, someone who loves experimenting, learning from data, and building marketing systems that actually produce results, you’ll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on generating qualified leads and booked demos.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Write all ad copy and SMS/email based nurture sequences
- Build and test new landing pages, ad funnels, and lead magnets
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS) and continuously improve outcomes
- Manage budgets and allocate spend strategically across campaigns and platforms
- Research and test new channels or partnerships for scalable growth (e.g., podcast ads, YouTube influencers, bloggers, and industry networks)
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, ad platform changes, creative best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, paid media, or performance marketing
- Proven track record managing ad spend on Meta and Google Ads with measurable results
- Strong copywriting and funnel-building skills - you know how to take someone from awareness to conversion
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/automation systems)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Creative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial - you love finding new ways to generate leads and scale what works.
- Experience with email marketing tools, testing, and segmentation
- Extremely proficient writing compelling ad copy and emails in English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM
- Experience with YouTube or TikTok Ads
- Background in marketing for SaaS, agencies, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you wore multiple hats
- Proficiency in using AI to develop brand voice, analyze marketing data, and optimize campaign efforts across platforms
