About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think beyond static visuals, someone who blends brand storytelling, UX/UI thinking, and performance-driven creative. This role will play a key part in shaping how our brand shows up across web, social, and campaign experiences, translating strategy into visually compelling, user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and execution across digital, web, and integrated campaigns
- Design and prototype web pages and digital experiences using Figma, with a strong focus on UX/UI best practices
- Create high-performing social media ads across platforms (paid and organic), optimized for engagement and conversion
- Develop storyboards and visual narratives for campaigns, video content, and motion assets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints
- Translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across digital and print channels
- Present creative concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design (Figma), UX/UI thinking, and campaign-based creative work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with a proven ability to interpret and elevate brand guidelines into cohesive, and visual systems
- Demonstrated ability to take a creative brief from ambiguity to execution, independently shaping concepts, direction, and final output
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear, effective creative solutions
- Proven experience owning projects end-to-end, including concept development, stakeholder alignment, execution, and delivery
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple projects without constant oversight
- Confidence in making creative decisions, articulating rationale, and incorporating feedback from client or Creative Director
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally, including the ability to push back constructively and advocate for strong creative
Nice to Have
- Experience with video production, editing, or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of how motion and video enhance digital experiences and storytelling
- Experience with leveraging FireFly or any AI tools for concepting.
- Understanding of performance marketing and designing for conversion (Meta ads, paid media, landing pages)
- Experience working with franchise, multi-location, or multi-brand organizations
