About the Role
This is a high-execution role designed to be the "engine" behind our storytelling. We possess a massive library of premium, professional-grade RAW assets (drone footage, cinematic video, and photography), but we need a dedicated Social Media Manager & Content Creator to "run the play."
You will remove the operational burden from our Creative Director by transforming raw media into polished, high-performing social content. This is not a high-level strategy role; the playbook exists. We need a technical artist who can execute that playbook with precision, maintaining a consistent and elite organic presence across multiple brands with vastly different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Transformation: Edit and repurpose RAW photography, drone footage, and cinematic clips into platform-specific assets (Reels, TikToks, Carousels, and Stories).
- Multi-Brand Management: Maintain the distinct "voice" and aesthetic for three separate brands, ranging from high-volume tourism to $50k+ ultra-luxury experiences.
- Scheduling & Operations: Own the content calendar and manage the end-to-end distribution workflow using Sprout Social.
- Organic Engagement: Monitor community interactions, engage with partners/influencers, and ensure the brands remain active and responsive.
- Asset Management: Organize and navigate a deep library of creative assets to ensure consistent posting weeks in advance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor organic analytics to identify trends and report wins to Marketing Leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
- Advanced Video Editing: Proficiency in creating high-end short-form video (Reels/TikTok) with a focus on pacing and storytelling.
- Graphic & Image Editing: Ability to process RAW photos into social-ready posts while maintaining brand coloring/presets.
- Platform Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging short-form video trends.
- Tool Stack: Experience with Sprout Social (or similar), G-Suite, and AI creative tools for workflow optimization.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English. (Portuguese is a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Autonomous Self-Starter: Ability to take a folder of raw assets and produce a week of content without constant hand-holding.
- Attention to Detail: "Reading between the lines" to ensure luxury brands feel elite and mass-market brands feel accessible.
- High Aesthetic Standard: An instinctive eye for what looks "premium" vs. "average."
- Reliability: A disciplined approach to scheduling and meeting posting deadlines.
