Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred; open to other regions)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute the brand’s social strategy, with a strong emphasis on influencer and affiliate management.
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is organized, performance-driven, fluent in English, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
Influencer marketing and relationship management is the top priority for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Influencer & Affiliate Management (Top Priority)
- Identify, outreach to, and manage influencer partnerships
- Coordinate product sampling and collaboration timelines
- Build and nurture long-term influencer and affiliate relationships
- Track campaign performance and ROI
- Manage affiliate programs and performance reporting
2️⃣ Social Media Management & Execution
- Manage and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand voice
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across platforms
- Engage with audiences to strengthen community growth
3️⃣ Content Development & Creative Direction
- Lead content development including captions, copywriting, and short-form video concepts
- Create engaging campaign ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Develop platform-appropriate content tailored to each channel
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with brand guidelines
4️⃣ Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor analytics across all platforms
- Track traffic, engagement, conversions, and influencer performance
- Optimize content strategy based on performance data
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing influencer and affiliate programs
- Strong background in social media strategy and execution
- Experience in lifestyle, home décor, or consumer brands preferred
- Skilled in short-form content strategy and campaign ideation
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely and independently
- Creative thinker with strong brand instinct
